## 2. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Certain Saint Louie products, including our leather goods, are custom made to order.
When purchasing a made-to-order product, the customer expressly acknowledges that production is undertaken specifically in connection with that customer's order.
Made-to-order products typically require approximately 14–20 days for production before shipment. Shipping and courier transit times are additional.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Refund, Exchange & Made-to-Order Policy, made-to-order purchases are final and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been placed.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, measurements, sizing, colors, materials, personalization, shipping information, and other selections before completing a purchase.
## 3. PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
Saint Louie leather goods may be produced using genuine leather and other natural materials.
Natural leather can display variations in grain, texture, shade, pores, creasing, markings, and other characteristics. These variations are inherent to natural materials and may make individual products unique.
Such natural variations do not, by themselves, constitute manufacturing defects.
Product photographs and digital representations are intended to represent products as accurately as reasonably possible. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, manufacturing variations, materials, and the customer's screen or device.
## 4. ORDERS
Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected merchandise.
Saint Louie reserves the right, where legally permitted, to decline or cancel an order before acceptance or fulfillment, including because of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, inability to fulfill the order, payment issues, or other legitimate operational reasons.
If Saint Louie cancels an order for which payment has already been collected and no product will be supplied, the applicable amount will be refunded as required.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted in connection with an order is complete and accurate.

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and may be changed without notice for future purchases.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import charges, brokerage fees, or other charges may be added where applicable.

## 6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Estimated production, dispatch, and delivery dates are estimates unless Saint Louie expressly provides a written guarantee to the contrary.
Saint Louie is not responsible for delays attributable to circumstances outside its reasonable control, including courier delays, customs processing, severe weather, transportation disruption, governmental action, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
A courier's estimated transit time does not include the 14–20 day typical production period applicable to made-to-order goods.
## 7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Purchases are subject to the Saint Louie Refund, Exchange & Made-to-Order Policy available on this website.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the policies applicable to your order.
In particular, customers purchasing made-to-order leather goods acknowledge their made-to-order status and the applicable restrictions on cancellation, return, exchange, and refund.
Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
## 8. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers who believe there is a genuine issue with an order are encouraged to contact Saint Louie promptly so that the matter can be investigated.
